Mark O'Neill

Mark O’Neill is a highly experienced personal trainer, fitness consultant, and physiotherapist assistant, with over 20 years of experience in the field. He is the owner and founder of O’Neill Conditioning, a successful private gym that has been serving the North Delta community since 1999. Mark is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals, and his commitment to his clients has earned him a reputation as one of the top personal trainers in the industry.

Mark is an ACE certified personal trainer, and he has been certified as a fitness consultant since 1998. He is also a certified physiotherapist assistant, with extensive training in rehabilitation and injury prevention. With his broad range of expertise, Mark is able to design customized fitness programs that are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

In addition to his work at O’Neill Conditioning, Mark has also made significant contributions to the sports community. He served as the head trainer of the Surrey Eagles Junior A hockey team, which won the Royal Bank National Championship. He is also a member of the Canada Cup Women’s International Fast Pitch committee, where he serves as an athletic trainer.

Mark’s dedication to his clients, combined with his extensive experience and expertise, make Mark O’Neill the ideal personal trainer for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellness.

Race Williams

Race Williams is a dedicated personal trainer with over four years of experience and a passion for strength and conditioning. With a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and a Sport Science diploma from Douglas College, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his work.

As a former professional and semi-professional soccer player, Race understands the importance of building a strong foundation of fitness and mobility to achieve any fitness goal. He has worked with over 100 athletes and earned certifications in Ace personal training, NCCP, and Soccer for Life.

Race plans to pursue physiotherapy it in the future to help people recover from injuries and regain their mobility. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in the field to help his clients achieve their full potential.

With his expertise, commitment, and passion for fitness, Race Williams is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their fitness goals and live their best lives.

Chris Donaldson

Chris is a skilled physiotherapist and a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where he earned a Masters’s degree in Physical Therapy. With a strong commitment to providing comprehensive and effective care, Chris employs a whole-body approach to treatment, addressing the many factors that contribute to pain and injury. His treatment tools include administering guided exercise, manual therapy, electronic modalities, and patient education which he uses to maximize his patients’ recovery. As he continues with his career, Chris enjoys staying on top of the latest advancements in his field to ensure he provides optimal care for his patients.

Chris’s passion for helping individuals overcome physical challenges started well before becoming a physiotherapist. Before his education in physiotherapy, he worked as a personal trainer for the city of Surrey for over 4 years. During this time, he gained valuable experience working with diverse clientele, including young athletes, seniors, individuals in wheelchairs, and those recovering from stroke. This experience allowed him to better understand complex pain and dysfunction, further enhancing his ability to provide effective treatment and support.

Before starting post-secondary school Chris traveled overseas to play soccer in Europe aiming to make it professionally. In addition to his love for soccer, he has a keen interest in arm wrestling, the world’s strongest man competitions, ping pong, and sprinting.

Steve Mah

Steve spent 12 months from 2016 to 2017 as the lead physiotherapist for the Chinese Olympic Team. He supported the team through training and performance at the RIO Olympics in 2016 and brings back a wealth of knowledge. Educationally, he has a Masters in Rehabilitation Science from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan.

As former Head Physiotherapist at Simon Fraser University for all varsity athletes coupled with his 31 years of experience has allowed him the opportunity to become the medical coordinator for the Women’s Canada Cup Fastpitch tournament and team therapist for the New Westminster Salmonbellies Sr. Men’s Lacrosse team. Steve’s areas of interests include return to work planning, functional capacity evaluation, injuries related to track and field, football and lacrosse. His areas of practice include osteopathic manual therapy and acupuncture
